The operations
board is made up of agency representatives from
the agencies served by SIRCOMM. This is a
representation of Sheriffs Departments, Police
Departments, EMS agencies, Fire Departments,
local Emergency Management and area Public Works
Departments. This board is responsible for the
operational issues that run the day to day
procedural operation of the center. This board
takes recommendations for the sub committees and
determines if these recommendations need to be
implemented into the operation of SIRCOMM.
The board chair
of this group is the SIRCOMM Director.
