The Joint Powers Board is the governing board of SIRCOMM. This board is made up a County Commissioner from each of the counties that are served by SIRCOMM.

The primary responsibility of this board is to ensure that all finances are in order and personnel matters, such as employee pay and compensation issues are appropriate and other related personnel issues are in accordance with and meet federal and state guidelines.
 

The present members of the joint board are:

Charles Howell, Jerome County Commissioner, Vice Chairman
Charlie Ritter, Lincoln County Commissioner
Tom Mikesell, Twin Falls County Commissioner, Chairman
